(no subject)
I just made an awesome dinner!
(and i'm on my 2nd large glass of wine so bear with me)
I chopped green tomatoes, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, and onions. sauteed with some olive oil. added orange juice, balsamic vinegar and basil. poured it all over rice. yummmmmmmy. I also added fake chiken strips, and some feta cheese.
I purposefully put some aside for lunch. oh, so good.
My goal for the rest of the evening is to clean up the library list i *borrowed* from the Center and aded ISBN numbers. I also want to find some databases/journals/websites to add to my final project for class.
Yuppers.
I also need to change the lightbulb in the bathroom. That may wait until morning. when I'm sober enough to climb a ladder.
Is it wrong how excited/anxious I am for this weekend?
