I just got a completely unexpected, totally awesome surprise in my email inbox!!!!!

I got an email from McCoy!!!!!! (my high school band director)

This is an amazing feat in and of itself, him actually sending an email, but since he moved to NC with his family back in the summer, I never expected to hear from him again.

I am grinning from to ear to ear- this is definitely the highlight of my night-week- probably recent history. It like- all the great feelings his name can conjure in me. it makes me feel tons better. There was a time when i was happy with life, and I can be happy again.
