you get to hear customers say things like
"well, i have to have the fuzzy mohawk edition." (i'm pretty sure they want the boosey & hawkes edition)

"yes, i'm looking for 'such and such' song from a musical"
"well, ma'am, i don't see a listing for 'such and such' as a single, what musical is it from?"
"debbie does dallas"- this really happened today. i swear i would have peed my pants trying not to laugh if i had taken the call.
