I went shopping with the Jasons today.
I fell in love with the most adorable puppy ever at the petland on bethel.
She is an eight week old Yorkie Poo (a yorkie terrier/poodle mix). she had only been in the store one day so she was shaking when they brought her out. i held her and petted real slow and whispered to her, and she calmed down and started licking my face and stuff. i put her down on the floor in one of the little rooms, and all she would do was hide under my pants legs between my feet. her little tail (well, the little stump she had) was wagging the whole time. even though when i get a dog, i think it will be from the humane society or a rescue or directly from a breeder- i wanted that littleone so bad today. i definitely couldn't afford her 1000 dollar pricetag though. i was also tempted by the "goldendoodle"- he was only 300- but i definitely don't have the space or the time to deal with an 80 pound ball of energy.
unfortunately i can't have pets in this apt. this means that i will have to move, and most likely out of grandview. i haven't found a place here (in grandview) yet that i liked that would let you have pets. i don't know when/if a move will happen. someday.
