randomness on a thursday

-i walked into a mall restroom today, and my first thought was "for the love of Christ, it's all stainless steel. i'm glad i don't have to clean this place." it's sort of amazing how your perception is changed by your experience.

-i had a hilarious dream last night. i was back at west lib and in the band. we were doing some sort of fundraising thing along with some long rehearsals for something. a bunch of us were sitting around (it was a mix of people from before i was there to people who started school after i left) and some people were complaining about rehearsal running until 9:30pm that night. So I said (real snotty like)I guess Dayton is mad because he had to leave Paris and Amity early. Everybody laughed, but then I feel a hand on my shoulder- and Dayton leans in real close and says-with that smirk of his- "Well, for that little comment, you can come in Friday night and help me clean the band room- and you can just work all day saturday at the market." I remember in my dream trying not to grin because I always had a hard time being serious when Dayton was trying to be mean. It cracked me up every time. It's fun to have fun dreams.

-Life is good right now.

-I can't think of anything else to type, but i'm sure i will later.
