Guess what I forgot to do. So the alarm goes off at "6am," I laid there unitl "6:30" and turned the news on- funny, I thought they started local news at 6:30am, oh well. Watch the weather channel and get up at "6:45am" Only when I go to the bathroom and look at my watch which says 5:55am do I realize my mistake. I did get everything clean and I exercised.
Oh, I ran part of my walk route this morning. It actually wasn't bad. I walked a little then ran a little then repeated. I was very winded on the last go round. It's not something I'd do all the time- my knees couldn't take it, but it was nice to know I could.
i'm going to a handbell concert this afternoon then to dave's. he seems to be ok with me so that's good.
Because of the pizza, i'm still at 226- but I'm almost there. I still need to come up with something to commemorate the milestone of hitting 225.
