Election Day
Nov. 4th, 2008 07:36 amWell, I voted. Got up at 5am and was at my polling place by 6:15. Stood in line for about 45 minutes or so. I was home about 7am.
Nothing too exciting.
We'll see how things turn out.
I did laugh- at one point the "A-K" person came and got people out of line so she could check us in because apparently most of the early risers have last names "L-Z". One person went ballitic over it. *rolls eys* First off, lady, you've only been here 45 minutes. Second, you skipped about 20 people when you came in and stood with your friends instead of getting in the line like everyone else. pay back can be a pain sometimes.
Just gave myself the present of starbucks.
OK, let's walk melvin again and head to work.
