It's Sunday again
Jan. 10th, 2010 08:38 amI'm procrastinating on cleaning up the apartment. I don't need to clean this week, but I should pick up all the crap, do the dishes, change te bed. I want to go get breakfast and hit target before church.
I'm having some issues with the medication, I think. ( TMI )
I was also super anxious Friday night and all day yesterday. No idea why. I just keep reminding myself that things aren't as bad as they used to be.
Played Euchre Friday night. Saw something I won't forget any time too son. Bob had been teasing Phil about being a bad Euchre player (the black hole of euchre, I believe). So Phil "accidentily" slapped a piece of pizza onto Bob's head! Bob is bald so it was simply a matter of wiping it off, but still! Bob laughed it off, but you could tell he was upset. I felt bad for him. I wonder if he'll be at church this morning.
I have now procrastinated long enough that I may wait until I get home after church to do the cleaning. It won't take long, but I've been craving Northstar breakfast for weeks and haven't been able to make it.
It is also cold; but since the Melvinator and I are heading to Dave's this evening, we can't get too warm. I had the electric blanket on the bed last night but didn't need to actually turn it on.
I'm currently reading "The Elegance of the Hedgehog." It's a really good read. Kind of a savoring book - I don't get so caught up in the story that I can't put it down, but I really think about what I'm reading. I'd recommend it.
