ok, anybody know where this subject line came from? hmmmm?


i am in a good mood. hearing good music does that. i tried not to be too teachery. it made me a tiny bit sad that i'm not doing that anymore. i got over it though. the high school band i heard was really good. i swear they didn't really sight read that piece. i liked the "heroes and legends" piece they played. the choirs weren't half bad. i think she would have been better off doing more accompanied pieces though. the poor sopranos on "in these delightful pleasant groves" pushed the piece sharp then couldn't reach the high notes.


i am also super proud of myself for going alone. i didn't even get too nervous until i got there. then i was all jittery because i didn't know which door to use and stuff. i picked the right one, and the auditorium was right there. *whew* i even left my house at the right time so i wasn't there too early or too late. i rock. i am really pumped up about playing next week. the trombone section looks nice. It looked like i might have a "friend" in the section also. I bet it is the woman who is the membership person too.
