Jul. 12th, 2004 10:21 pmwell, the weekend
Saturday-got off of work, went shopping. (i ate at china star buffet) half price books is like a Mecca. got 9 books for about 15 bucks. went to office max/best buy and bought a usb keypad for the laptop. then i went to walmart, bought some of the necessities, and two bags to serve as the check in and carry on.
Sunday- got up, talked with jasons, decided they could bring their grill over and we would cook out. had very yummy hamburgers and chicken.
Monday- got up, researched some stuff, went and was productive. opened my savings account, got a new license, got a library card, and went to the grocery store. came home, ate lunch, and pretty much crashed.
now i am pretty ready for bed. talking to dave right now.
9 days until my trip. woohoo.
in other news,
i filled out that moveon.org petition against thee federal marriage act. between that, and the fact they are talking about maybe having to postpone the general elections. i am afraid of the direction this country is moving. i still contend the terrorist succeeded at what they tried to do on 9/11. The wanted us to change our way of life, and we have. all i can say is "KERRY/EDWARDS 2004!"
