I was back yesterday, but just now got around to posting. I was really tired last night. I came home, ate a bit, and went to bed.
This morning I got up and started cleaning. I finished the laundry and the kitchen and bathroom before church. After I finsihed up the dusting and changed the bed and ironned.
I still want to exercise again and try to meditate.
I turned the TV off- I think it's going to be a goal that I do things mindfully. For instance, when I watch TV, I'll watch TV. When I'm on the computer, I'm only on the computer. I need to be more conscious of my actions. That's where the meditation comes in. I need to find a way to control my stress levels, and I think this wil be a more healthy way to do that.
I also plan to read more. I love reading, and I let stupid stuff get in the way of that.
I need to leave a little earlier than usual- I want to stop and get Dave and I some cake batter ice cream. Nothing like ice cream to lower stress levels either. :-)
