-i made awesome dinner this evening. fake bason, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and roasted red pepper sauteed in olive oil. add some flour to make a roux then 3/4 cup water and 1/4 red wine vinegar. reduce. add cooked pasta. toss to coat. yummy!
-tomorrow and friday i have to be at work at 7:30. eek.
- i'm thinking of ways to cut back onspending. then i'm going to try and pay off some debt. right now my big expense i cut back on is cable. i'd keep the internet, but get rid of cable. it could save me 50 bucks a month. i then need to put as much as i can towards one credit card until it's paid off. then move on.
-i'd also like to look into getting cheaper car insurance, or at least finding a place that can do renter's as well for the same i'm paying for car only now.
-i plan to walk to work more
-i've put on a couple of pounds. this is unacceptable.
-i'd like to lose my 24.5 pounds by my birthday. that's roughly 2 pounds a week.
-i intend to kick up the healthy eating another notch.
-i paid bills. no money left again
-i sent out several emails tonight.
-work is uber busy and stressful
-it's kinda warm in here, but i hate running the AC while i sleep.
OK, I must sleep.
